- Our client is the real estate arm of one of the most prominent UAE regional banks. As part of their new strategy and direction, they have created a property arm to manage their portfolio across the emirates. Your main responsibilities will be to provide comprehensive valuation reports and assist on site visits when required.
- You will also ensure reports consider the rental income and market value of the properties against the credit facility provided by the bank's business units.
- To be considered for the role candidates will be qualified in property valuation and a member of industry associations.
- You should have a minimum of eight years valuation experience in residential and commercial properties including feasibility studies.
- You will need to demonstrate at interview stage, interpersonal and communication skills, computer literacy, planning and organisational skills as well as a flexible approach.
