Job Description:
Develop and execute business/marketing plan for the Human Insulin products.
Set Human Insulin annual budget in coordination with Marketing Manager based on market size, market growth.
Implement global value upgrade program and ensure corporate social and ethical responsibilities in our promotional and educational/ awareness activities.
Develop annual Promotional Mix; optimize the use of promotional budget with timely development of quality promotional materials.
Launch of new products in line with local strategy and regional approval.
Drive continuous growth in company operating profit through in market sales achievement.
Perform Monthly sales analysis to understand changing market trends and provide regular market updates to higher management/field force.
Regular field visit to build and maintain good relationship Customers.
Design, develop and implement quarterly promotional campaigns in coordination with sales teams for effective and efficient implementation in the field and evaluate its success against agreed upon goals.
Actively manage domestic and international congresses, internal or external with due vigilance and timely execution.
Provide product training on strategies and promotional campaign.
Continuously update medical and marketing knowledge with modern day requirement to drive brand in competitive market more successfully.
