Required Assistant Manager HR

A large manufacturing concern requires Assistant Manager HR. The candidate should be an MBA with around five years of experience, with good interpersonal skills. The candidate should have experience on :
  • Responsible for all human resource activities to include recruitment, compensation, and training and development.
  • Able to initiate Organizational Development Exercise.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with Recruitment Consultants and other recruitment sources.
  • Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job description, and job evaluation.
  • Design and conduct new employee orientations.
  • Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
  • Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
