A large manufacturing concern requires Assistant Manager HR. The candidate should be an MBA with around five years of experience, with good interpersonal skills. The candidate should have experience on :
- Responsible for all human resource activities to include recruitment, compensation, and training and development.
- Able to initiate Organizational Development Exercise.
- Develop and maintain relationship with Recruitment Consultants and other recruitment sources.
- Prepare and maintain company salary structure, job description, and job evaluation.
- Design and conduct new employee orientations.
- Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses.
- Develop policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
- Recommend, develop and maintain human resource data bases, computer software systems, and manual filing systems.
