Job Summary:
To market the Retail Banking products to increase sales volume and profitability, and to achieve or exceed set targets and goals.
Cross selling of Retail Banking products and services to help increase market share and associated revenue / profit goals.
Accountabilities:
1. Sales Targets: Responsible for the sales of different banking products. Achieve assigned sales targets in order to contribute to the sales volumes / revenues.
2. New Markets / Customers: Develop new markets and customers within the assigned territory to enhance sales volumes/revenues.
3. Cross Selling: Cross sell non-assigned products and services to contribute to the revenues and market presence.
4. Customer Service: Provide quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
5. Market Intelligence: Provide market intelligence to superiors on a regular basis for use in formulating strategies and plans.
6. Product Awareness: Create and build customer awareness on new products through mailers, events etc to prospect business.
7. Key Accounts: Manage key accounts to ensure superior service and customer loyalty.
Experience & Skills Required:
Min 1 – 2 years working experience of outdoor sales in retail banking products like Credit Cards, Business Loans, Auto Loans, Personal Loans, Investments & Insurance products, Liabilities, Mortgages etc.
