Position:Finance Manager.

Min. Qualifications: Bachelor of science in financial field.

Nationality: Malaysian & Pakistani.

Minimum experience: 10 years.


Accountabilities (Roles & Responsibilities): 

1-Ensures timely preparation and accurate financial reports; prompt  submission of reports and compliance with the information requirements of partners, the Board of Directors, Government ministries, creditors, external auditors and other report users.

2-Ensures the completion of the annual budget planning exercise and directs the preparation of annual budgets, financial plans and forecasts.

3-Ensures the conduct of audit (Govt., partners, external) in line with contractual, statutory requirements and applicable standards.

4-Ensures the marketing, contractual and service agreements with joint venture partners and third parties are adhered to and in line with applicable statutory and legal requirements.

5-Ensures that approved Financial and accounting policies, methods and procedures are observed at all times.

6-Ensures Zakat & Tax returns, filling and follow-up with the relevant Government agencies.

7-Ensures that treasury portfolio is optimized in line with policies and procedures towards achieving the core objective of meeting at all times, SADAF's obligation to all stakeholders

8-Ensures proper controls of all banking operations, including the transfer of funds between banks and the direct payments. Establishes sufficient accounting and physical safeguards for all funds, unused checks and accounting forms. Ensures adequate risk coverage for the company assets.

9-Manages and directs the activities of all assigned personnel in the Finance & Accounting Department. Gives general direction to the planning and coordination of the training and development of employees, forward planning of manpower needs and recruitment of suitable national for training and development in support of the Saudization objectives.

10-Ensure due diligence in the exercise of the delegated Financial Authority.
