PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE

·         Masters in Human Resources 10 - 12 years of experience in Employee Relations & Industrial Relations.

·         Practical experience in managing complex ER cases.

·         Experience of people management

·         Ability to work well under pressure

·         Ability to demonstrate presence and credibility within the organization

·         Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Oversees and manages a range of HR policies that affect people at work.

·         Liaison with internal and external legal providers to achieve successful agreements

·         Provide advice on complex ER issues

·         Responding to complex queries and managing all aspects of issues across the employee lifecycle such as disciplinary issues , performance management processes, redundancies, TUPE and will support the HR managers with ER projects within their client areas 

·         Liaison with external bodies, work to improve all policies, staying up to date in market trends

·         Develop process improvements for all aspects of the employee relations team, monitoring efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

·         Responsible for smooth running of the region's operations and maintaining harmonious industrial relations, driving initiatives for increasing employee engagement and productivity.

·         Support people process improvements, recruitment, team HR goals and also drive certain Change Management Initiatives to transform the organization.

·         Manage and negotiate with the union on staff related issues from time to time without impacting the sites.

·         Responsible for handling and closing all Domestic Inquiry, discipline management, Absenteeism, Employee Grievance, Indiscipline cases.

·         Non Executive Level Engagement & Processes.
