We are looking for candidates for the position of Manager Crew scheduling at a Multinational Airline Company.

Position Title: Manager Crew Scheduling
Company Sector:  Airline
Company Type: Multinational Company
Location: Dubai or Islamabad (Company will determine location later. Candidates can indicate preference)
Salary: Negotiable -- The company is willing to pay international salary for expatriates


Essential Requirements:

-- About 5 to 10 years of Airline experience

-- Current experience in Crew Scheduling
[Note: Not other type of scheduling experience because Aviation authority regulations are involved]

Job Profile:
-- In the role of Manager Crew Scheduling, you will be responsible for the leadership and management of the roster creation process and many associated activities critical to the successful of the Network Operations department. These include (not exhaustive) the roster creation process, Crew Pairings & Leave, Communications and Training, and Crew Training and Coordination. The Manager Crew Scheduling will lead a team of specialists responsible for managing the creation of optimized pairings, efficiently roistering flight crew to available positions, communicating changes in scheduling to the airline's crew, and coordinating training for airline flight crew.
-- The Manager Crew Scheduling will need to have highly developed planning, analytical and problem solving skills
Accountabilities:
-- Monitor and selectively audit roster production process, seeking adherence to industry best practices.
-- Oversee the production and publication of optimized pairings within agreed timeframes.
-- Monitor and audit the preparation of the annual leave scheme.
-- Guide the design of communications systems related to operational requirements for Crew.
-- Coordinate with Manager Training in creation of crew training scheduling to meet requirements for on-boarding and recurrent training.
-- Lead and direct / indirect reports to enable them to reach their potential, and create succession plans to allow business continuity.

Candidate must be:

-- Possess a university level educational qualification
