3.Personal Assitant to the Chairman


A leading international Holding group in East Africa is urgently seeking to Personal Assistant to the chairman a group of companies.
The purpose of the role is to effectively manage the schedule of the Director General. Representing him in a professional manner at all times and ensuring that all projects and commitments are completed in a timely manner.
Managing all diary arrangements and coordinate a busy agenda.
Confident in communicating with Senior Management and Government Officials.
Coordinating requirements of the Director with Board Members.
Organizing board meetings in a professional manner.
Attending high-level meetings and preparing minutes and reports.
Arranging all travel and accommodation for the Director.
Working closely with the Director on various projects ensuring deadlines are met as planned.
Reviewing confidential emails and correspondence with utmost discretion.
Preparing for all situations in order to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Performing any other administration duties as and when required.
Skills
Minimum of 3-7 years experience in a similar role.
Proficient in MS Office, Email and Internet.
Ability to perform with precision and confidence to work under pressure.
Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
Strong Written and Verbal correspondence.
Excellent presentation skills
