1. Position:- FINANCIAL ANALYST

a) Basic Job Description

· Evaluate business proposals with complete analysis of economic impact on business. Provide linkage across organization of analytical methods and definitions used in analysis and reporting of acquisition and base offers, valuation of customers. Serve as a resource to Marketing partners and Finance colleagues.

· Performs detailed feasibility studies in mega projects and calculate the IRR and EBITDA. Study any business opportunities in terms of its due diligence and compatibility with the business and able to provide its financial impact on our current business.

b) Job Requirements

· Knowledge of overall business strategy and operations including business processes, revenue and cost components and drivers of these measures, customer behavior, profitability and return on investment modeling and general economic modeling.

· Knowledge and experience in project management. Strong attention to detail and strong analytical ability required. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Knowledge of principles and techniques used in conducting management studies, system analyses, and financial analyses.

· Knowledge of cost and financial accounting principles, practices and procedures.

· Skill in performing complex management reports on a timely basis.

· Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills

c) Minimum Qualifications

· Bachelors' degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or related area (or a Bachelor's degree with advanced accounting coursework)

· 3-5 years of corporate finance experience, in any combination of areas (e.g. auditing, cost accounting, financial analysis, etc). Experience in performing complex financial modeling in an industrial plant environment is preferred.

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel & Powerpoint)

· Must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills

· Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment
