Currently we are looking for Head HR for a leading bank in Afghanistan. We are looking for a candidate who can join immdly
Education :
· MBA degree with concentration Human Resource Management or related area of study ;
· Relevant professional training or certification desirable;
Experience
· 15 years Relevant experience in banking industry;
· 3 to 5years experience at senior HR management experience ;
· Team management and organization restructure-experience.•

· Knowledge Of HR functions such as employment law, working conditions, disciplinary and grievance procedures recruitment, training and development;
· Ability to plan, develop and implement HR strategy for bank management;
· Outstanding commercial land strategic business insight
· Understanding of a bank's operations and its business requirements and commercial objectives;
· Proven track record in the effective leadership of staff; •Tact and the ability to deal with difficult situations;
· Numerical and budgeting skills;
· Knowledge of Afghan employment legislation
· Ability to analyze and interpret financial information
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, diplomatic and negotiations kills;
· Good organizational skills and initiative, especially under pressure;
· Have high ethical standards and integrity in both the impersonal and professional dealings;
· The ability to work with all personnel, displaying tact at all times.
Salary: USD 130,000.00 Gross Annual.
2. Annual Bonus Eligibility: 0% to 50% based on bank and personal performance and approval from board of directors. For purpose of your calculations use 30%. For the first year the bank would probably g'tee US$15,000 of the bonus
3. Standard Benefits package:
· Annual Leave of 28 Days
· Holidays as per National Calendar
· Sick Leave is subject to Contract
4. Other Benefits and Allowances (if Applicable):
· Five Home Leave trips (Economy Class) round trips tickets only
· Free Shared Transportation to and from Guest House/Office
· Accommodation unaccompanied at the bank guest house
· Medical evacuation to your country
· Personal accident insurance US$50,000 increasing to one year's salary on completion of probation
· On completion of 3 years Service a bonus of 50% of the previous year's Salary
