PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
· Masters in Human Resources with 8 - 10 years experience in HR disciplines including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers compensation and conflict resolution
· Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce.
· Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization.
· A flexible team player with a proven ability to work successfully in a matrix reporting environment.
· Creative, forward thinker.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Organize and work independently on multiple assigned tasks/projects and complete assignments within specified deadlines.
· Compile and analyze complex information, and research and develop solutions to complex issues.
· Advise on employment statutes, rules, regulations and policies affecting team members.
· Recommend, develop, interpret and clarify personnel procedures and policies.
· Conduct research regarding employment issues, benefits, compensation and personnel procedures.
· Direct the hiring process, including developing job descriptions and job advertisements,and screening and interviewing candidates.
· Develop, implement and manage a centralized recruiting process.
· Demonstrate skills in consensus-building and mediation in order to constructively
· address employee conflicts.
· Analyze benefits options and cost alternatives for providing employee benefits,
· Work with senior management to craft consistent, equitable and competitive compensation and incentives.
· Oversee the Organizational Development & Training function and develop employee training programs.
