Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager)

Minimum Experience: 4 Years Onwards experience for Senior Position and 2-4  Years experience for Junior Position

Job Description:

- Supervise the system development, integration, testing and deployment of software to ensure quality delivery of the solutions.

- Translation of business and technical requirements into logical and physical designs

- Working with team management and the development staff for planning and execution of large-scale technical projects.

- Adopt and maintain programming standards to continually improve quality of applications software

- Potential to lead a development team and closely interact with the client

- Hands on development as and when required.

Required Skills:

-Minimum 4 years and 2 years respectively(Senior and Junior positions) of work experience in C++/VC++ based, Desktop -Applications Development

-Strong analytical skills and clear understanding of OOAD concepts

-Good understanding of SQL. Database design knowledge is a plus

-Experience in Multi-threading and distributed systems

-Good Analytical Skills

-Very good written and verbal English communication skills.

-Should have preferably worked as a Team Lead or has the potential to be one.

-Should be self disciplined, pro-active, self-motivated, and responsible.

-Able to work in a team or independently with minimum supervision.

-Able to manage own and teams time effectively and efficiently.
