One of our Clients is looking for Assistant Brand Manager for the following role.   POSITION TITLE Assistant Brand Manager POSITION BASED IN Karachi – Pakistan CLIENT'S DETAIL Upcoming Distribution Company GENDER Equal Opportunity Employer PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE ·         MBA with 3-4 years FMCG experience, ideally preferably the cosmetics and beauty segment.  ·         Track record of delivering growth and creating strategic plans and concepts that have step changed the business.  ·         Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills and be able to communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of the organization.  ·         Excellent presenter who is able to convey ideas in a simple and clear way to energize the organization into action. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ·         Manage the development of Marketing strategy & objectives for the assigned brand. ·         Manage the development & implementation of Marketing activities according to plans in order to maximize brand share & long term profitability ·         Manage spending within budgets ·         Recommend, initiate & implement timely pricing adjustments in order to optimize profit ·         Lead the development & implementation of effective advertising & promotional campaigns for the brands, stimulating creativity, working closely with agencies & ensuring strategic direction ·         Work in a multifunctional team to drive holistic sales and marketing strategies across each market, ensuring there is a plan for each market and channel.  ·         Work closely with the national sales manager to ensure the sales teams have all of the tools they need to win with their retailers.  ·         Work with market research agencies to track and analyse retail audit KPIs, and write recommendations to drive your brand forward.  ·         Manage an assistant brand manager and play a key role in their growth and development.
