PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
·         MBA with major in Human Resource Management, Masters in Human Resource Management, or any other relevant degree with 5-7 years of experience in the same role.
·         Should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
·         Strong and effective report writing skills
·         Strong interpersonal skills
·         Strong multitasking abilities
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Handle all Employee Grievances & Complaints, employee engagement activities & rolling out organizational communications and announcements.  
·         Assisting in the resolution of specific disciplinary or grievance cases, including acting as an arbiter between the employee and line manager.
·         Responsible for driving initiatives for increasing employee engagement and productivity.
·         Responsible for Employee Communications and creating themes around it
·         Responsible for handling and closing all, discipline management, Absenteeism, Employee Grievance, Indiscipline cases.
