We are looking for candidates for the position of Business Development
Director at an advertising agency.

Position Title: Business Development Director
Company Sector: Media/Advertising
Company Type:
Position Location: Karachi
Salary: PKR 150,000 to 200,000 (Based on profile)
Other Compensation: Transportation/Car, Fuel Allowances, Mobile Allowances, 
Annual Bonuses and Profit (Management slDiscretion), 5-10% of the Net (for the generated and maintained business).

Essential Requirements:
-- 7 to 10 years work experience 
-- Advertising Agency experience
-- Business Development experience

-- Currently in Karachi OR Business Contacts in Karachi
-- Females preferred
-- Excellent interpersonal communications/presentation skills

Other requirements/preference:
-- 7-10 years of Agency experience in the similar capacity.
-- Masters preferably MBA from a reputable institution
-- Strong market credibility and relationship with clients.
-- Sound knowledge and insight of the marketing mix including ATL,
digital, design, experiential, promotional marketing a
-- Outstanding communication and influencing skills, both written and
-- Between age: 30-40
-- Females (Preferred)

Profile:
-- The Business Development Director will be responsible for building
and developing clients and ensuring impeccable agency growth. The
account team, ensuring timely and efficient deliverance of projects

Key Responsibilities
The Business Development Director's main responsibilities:
-- Preparing Strategies for the agency’s senior member/s of the team.
-- Identifying new clients/brands/business opportunities, initiating
and preparing client pit deals and supervising the smooth account
servicing for the new clients
-- Generating additional briefs from existing clients based on an
understanding of the client's business base, needs and what the agency
can offer.
-- Monitoring, analyzing and reviewing results to facilitate
improvements and reduce inefficiencies maintaining effective
relationships with key clients.
-- Forecasting to prepare and develop the client's business plan.
Recruiting new staff and overseeing the development of new team
members.
-- Liaising internally with the Creative, Planning, Experiential,
Digital and Finance departments
-- Looking over the P&L of the agency.

Experience and Expertise
The Business Development Director will have:
-- 7-10 years of Agency experience in the similar capacity.
