Job Description : 
Summary

Field Engineer, reporting to the Complain Resolution Officer, is responsible to attend technical complaints at customers premises, after appointment confirmation from customer, and recommendations from NOC and Fresh Installations of indoor/outdoor CPEs. (Customer Premise Equipment)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Check customers complaints via Customer Care Management Tool.
- Call customers to check the nature of their complaints.
- Classify technical and non technical complaints.
- If a visit is required, take fresh appointment and go-to the customer location.
- Quality control checking during technical visits on various customer locations.
- Build relationship and delivering exceptional customer services internally and externally.
- Fresh Installations of indoor/outdoor CPEs.
 
Skills Required:
 
- Efficient in customer complaints resolution 
- Customer satisfaction
 
- Structured, timely and accurate feedback to the Customer Care coordinator

Min Education: Intermediate
Minimum Experience:     1 Year
