· Responsible for end-to-end Loyalty & Retention strategic as well as operational plans and its smooth execution in consultation with Senior Manager. · Ensure strategy is aligned with Marketing strategy and Corporate Business Plans. Ensure effective utilization of the given budgets and make optimize utilization. · Manage and develop the programs set for loyalty for existing customers & retention of existing customers. Co-ordinate with the technical team to implement policies. · Should be able to handle routine tasks without guidance and non-routine tasks with occasional guidance · Should be able to handle routine and non-routine tasks with very little supervision; demonstrates the ability to understand and apply standards, procedures and guidelines. · Expected to act with reasonable independence and required to supervise and guide others. · Required to demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the relevant concepts/principles and the ability to interpret, analyse and propose enhancements to the standards, instructions and guidelines to a wide variety of situations; required to act using own judgement and with little direct guidance; should be able to train and lead others in most of the specified procedures. · Should be able to demonstrate outstanding capability to devise and apply solutions to strategic issues; expected to be a role model to others and to set standards of excellence to inspire others to pursue overreaching goals. |
