Position title: Junior Manager Sales
Location: Lahore
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree from any reputable educational institution.
Age: Maximum 30 years
Experience: At least one year experience in personal selling.
Required & responsibilities & skills: We are looking for sales personnel who is a powerful networker, relationship builder, and who can work in a fast paced school market environment. He/she should be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Capable of developing and implementing agreed upon sales plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area and also to organize mobile book fairs in schools. The incumbent must also educate schools about the ill effects of piracy and the damage it does to the publishing industry. Explain and make the schools aware regarding the copyright laws prevalent in the country and its consequences if laws are disregarded and induct new schools in the area and establish working relationship with them and ensure adoptions of OUP textbooks, also works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values. The ideal candidate must also posses customer services approach and willing to learn and ready to go for extra effort.
Candidate must possess a valid driving license (for Car and M/Cycle both). Proficiency in Computer skills and English language is an added advantage.
