We are looking for candidates for Manager Finance Operations position at a Telecom Multinational Company.

Position Title: Manager Finance Operations
Company Sector: Telecom

Position Location: Islamabad
Salary: 100K to 200K

Essential Requirements:
-- Recent experience at Telecom Multinational Company
-- Recent experience of Finance Operations (work related to inventory warehousing and distribution, service-center cash collections, sales commissions) 
-- Currently at Manager level or one-step below.


Required/Preferred:
-- ACMA or ACCA/CA-Intermediate. Qualified CA preferred
-- 6 to 8 years of experience in progressive roles preferably with
multinational organizations
-- Area of specialization: Finance
-- Between 28-35years of age.

Purpose of the Role:
-- To support and control the smooth functioning of financial
operations operations

Job Description:
-- Controlling the inventory ordering, handling and distribution function.
-- Nationwide Monitoring, Controlling of Financial operations and
administration in all respects.
-- Handling of new Projects/commercial promotions in relation to
Operations and their subsequent implementation.
-- Supervision of Commission disbursement to Sales channels
-- Liaise and co-ordinate with all associated departments to ensure
smooth functioning of operations.
-- Planning and coordination to ensure successful completion of
Internal / External Audits in the responsible area.
-- Manages the Finance operations team.
-- Plans the control function in the section under guidelines from HOD.
-- Ensuring the implementation of PMCL policies & procedures in
operations control area and execution of accounting function.

-- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
-- Proven ability to plan and execute projects in a team environment

Computer Skills: Well versed with Enterprise Resource Planning
