Outlet Manager - required for international doughnut and coffee retailer in Karachi Shop managers ensure that shops operate efficiently and effectively while maintaining their reputation. Managers are responsible for the business performance of their shop, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety. Exceptional customer service includes answering questions and assisting with product selection, purchases and returns Coordinating the entire operation of the shop during scheduled shifts Organizing and supervising the shifts of kitchen, waiting and cleaning staff Identify and estimate quantities of foods, beverages, and supplies to be ordered Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales Ensure that the branding standees, flyers and brochures are properly placed in the stores. Record daily inventory sheet for the remaining items of next shift in-charge Check quality of deliveries of fresh food and baked goods.
