Purpose of job:
-- To lead the development of Punjab region specific strategies and
projects which reflect the organizations corporate
objectives/geographical priorities and developments in UK Education by
assisting Head Education UK
Context and environment:
-- Managing the Education UK project in Punjab region and providing
support to Head, EUK
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
-- Lead education UK marketing and promotional activities for Punjab
region by implementation of strategic marketing initiatives
-- Deliver Pakistan menu of services agreed within the Education UK
Partners and ensure all activities/ events delivered are of high
quality
-- Provide support to Head EUK in planning, monitoring and accurate
reporting of EUK activities
-- Identify, manage and report risks in time to EUK Head
-- Contribute towards the development and implementation of a
marketing intelligence system that will support the Education UK
Strategic Business Development function
-- Maintain the highest standard of Financial Management of Education
UK Budget for Punjab region by carrying out monthly management checks
and ensuring financial processes are adhering to standards laid down
in financial guidelines
-- Develop and manage relationships with UK institutions, Education UK
partners, local agents and other relevant partners
-- To liaise with local media and information services to publicize
Education UK activities in the region
-- To ensure that feedback is collected after all activities and
updated on the Data Capture form and on the Scorecard Data sheet
-- To explore digital marketing opportunities for education UK brand
and products
-- To line manage Education UK officer
Key relationships:
-- Manage and build relationships with key EUK contacts including
school heads, counsellors, agents, UK institutions, UK university
representatives, Alumni, corporate contacts in Punjab region
Other important features or requirements of the job:
-- Passport/visa and/or nationality requirement.
-- Security or legal checks are required for this role.
