Position Responsibilities:
- Receive Guests.
- Answer Phone Calls.
- Note Appointments and take Messages.
- Assist Supervisors in routine office functions.
Skills Requirement:
- Must be able to comprehend and communicate in English.
- Should be Familiar with PABX system.
- Should be proficient in MS. Word, MS. Excel and Windows XP.
- Should be able to manage documents.
- Can follow instructions, take challenges.
- Have a pleasant and confident personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must have at least 1 to 2 years of work experience.
Qualification:
Minimum of Twelve (14) years of formal education.
