-- Experience in Marketing or Product Development
-- About 10 years (or more) work experience
The ideal candidate should:
-- Hold an MBA Degree from a reputable local or foreign school
-- Have at least 10 years of work experience preferably in Marketing
or Product Development role
Job Description
-- Manage end to end customer lifecycle/experience for the business customers.
-- Responsible for business segments revenue targets.
-- Oversee product development to ensure company's market leadership
in the business segment.
-- Review and validate marketing assumptions, revenue gap analysis and
suggest alternate marketing strategies to fill the gap.
-- Analyze Business segment performance reports and devise marketing
strategies to ensure business KPI’s are met.
-- Lead and implement the Strategic Business Plan as well as identify
and recommend best practice business solutions and business process.
-- Liaise with other departments for successful rollouts of new
products/solutions as well as improvement in existing products &
services.
-- Manage reward programs to ensure customer loyalty and reduce churn

-- Should secure sound communication skills to interact at the senior
management level
-- Should be an excellent team player with strong analytical skills
-- Should possess the ability to think out of the box and come up with
innovative solutions to enhance product value
-- Should understand business customer requirements and to convert it
to meaningful strategies
-- Should have a broad understanding of markets and ability to analyze
market conditions and options
-- Should secure an understanding of implementing products and
services in a telecommunications company
Desirable Skills:
-- Should be highly proficient in MS Office Suite
-- Should secure a broad knowledge and understanding of
telecommunication products and services
-- Should have an understanding of Marketing Communications and Brand Management
-- Should possess good Project management and strong follow up
