Web Designer/Developer:  (No of Position: 2)

Individual will be responsible for website user interface development with a passion for technology and perfect combination of XHTML, CSS and JavaScript skills. Individual must be able to develop websites as per W3C standards Individuals will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, animations, presentations, demos and other innovative work in Html, Flex & Silverlight on the basis of standard guidelines.  Proficiency in JQuery, AJAX, Scripting and DIV based development is an added advantage.

Suitable Profile for this Program

·         Degree/diploma holders from a reputed art school or professional certification in graphic designing or Web Development

·         min 1-2 years' experience in website designing with a reputable organization.

·         Candidates must have good communication skills and strong positive professional attitude towards the organization and work.

Skills required for this position

·         Flair for developing professional websites

·         Strong command on HTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, Adobe

·         Brilliance with JavaScript (JQuery and other libraries and frameworks) and AJAX

·         Knowledge of best practices regarding W3C standards, SEO, and accessibility

·         Thorough knowledge of XHTML/CSS and table-less, semantically meaningful, cross browser/platform compatible and accessible website development

·         Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines

·         Strong comprehension skills

·         Good Logo Design Skills

·         Excellent Web and Web Products Designing Skills

·         Exceptional command Print and Package Designing Skills

·         Good Animate Banner Designing Skills

·         Excellent Design Knowledge

·         Strong Internet search skills

·         good command over silverlight (microsoft expression blend) will be plus.

Assistant Software Engineer: (No of Position: 3)

Responsible for execution planning, process design, system design, software development and deployment on Microsoft & Open Source platform like Java & Php for different applications and products ensuring sound engineering design, process and quality practices.

Suitable Profile for this Program

·         Graduate from a highly reputable institute with outstanding academic background. Graduates with minimum 1 year of work experience.

·         The selection criterion for this program is very rigorous. We select only some of the top 1% software graduates for this program and train them for future leadership positions in software and other departments of Syrixe.

·         Candidates must have good communication skills and strong positive professional attitude towards the organization and work.

Skills required for this position

·         ASP.Net 3.5

·         Sql Server 2005

·         Practical Knowledge of  WCF & WPF
