PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
|
Masters with 5-7 years of experience in FMCG.
Indepth market info and prior working experience in the same territory - Preferable
Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.
Excellent oral, written, presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
|
Deliver
Trading Profit growth for the assigned territory P&L by leading a
sales team of Key Account Managers, and Area Sales Executives and
influencing relevant elements of P&L (that can be influenced at the
regional level)
Own & drive Sales Strategy in the region.
Trading Terms & pricing on strategy – managing trading issues across customers
Work
with Sales Operations & Customer Marketing team to ensure efficient
and effective implementation of Brand & Trade activities
