Essential Requirements:
-- At least 4 years experience
-- Experience in Telecom Operator Company
-- Experience in Project Management or PMO (Project Management Office)
-- Experience of IT preferred
Job Objective:
-- Responsible for liaising between Business & IT departments for project execution and inter-related
tasks associated with projects.
Key Performance Indicators:
-- Fraud Prevention
a. Fraud Tolerance (0%)
-- Project Delivery
a. Timely project delivery
Main Responsibilities:
-- Ownership of the PMO related function.
-- Liaise with Business to document scope of work along with IT leads.
-- Provide assistance to the department with Project related tasks requiring coordination with IT.
-- Prepare high-level reports for project updates & project tasks.
-- Coordinate with the technical consultants to address technical issues and/or client questions during the proposal or implementation phases of the project.
-- Document and file all work effort performed beyond the scope outlined in the proposal documentation and submit the documentation in accordance with established changed management procedures.
-- Leads and coordinates project update meetings, minutes and documents project status and issues and
also provide RAG report for the respective projects.
-- Apprises senior IS management and personnel of project status, issues and concerns.
-- Possesses a broad knowledge of most technical and business resources and uses them to effectively
coordinate team members and external resources.
-- Create, refine, and enforce a structured process for the design, development, testing and deployment of all deliverables.
-- Interfaces regularly with CIO and business unit managers to define project direction and system change priorities.
-- Maintain and update project plans on IT PMO Portal.
Education Required:
-- Master Degree or Bachelor Degree
-- Certification and training in relative field
Experience Required:
-- At least 4 to six years of relevant work experience in the Telecom Industry with a strong background in project management
Skill Set Required:
-- Excellent interpersonal skills
-- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
-- Proven ability to communicate effectively in both a written and verbal format.
-- Strong leadership/people management skills
