1. A Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) or Qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) or equivalent qualifications, having five plus years of experience of handling & managing financial or corporate affairs of a listed company or a bank or a financial institution (preference would be given to those who have oil and gas sector experience).
