Web Designer/Developer:  (No of Position: 2)

Individual will be responsible for website user interface development with a passion for technology and perfect combination of HTML, CSS ,Jquery and JavaScript skills. Individual must be able to develop websites as per W3C standards Individuals will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, animations, presentations, demos and other innovative work in Html, Flex & Silverlight on the basis of standard guidelines.  Proficiency in AJAX, Scripting and DIV based development is an added advantage.

                         

Suitable Profile for this Program

• Degree/diploma holders from a reputed art school or professional certification in graphic designing or Web Development
• min 1-2 years' experience in website designing with a reputable organization.
• Candidates must have good communication skills and strong positive professional attitude towards the organization and work.

Skills required for this position

• Flair for developing professional websites
• Thorough knowledge of HTML/CSS and table-less, semantically meaningful, cross browser/platform compatible and accessible website development
• Brilliance with JavaScript (JQuery and other libraries and frameworks) and AJAX
• Knowledge of best practices regarding W3C standards, SEO, and accessibility
• Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
• Strong comprehension skills
• Good Logo Design Skills
• Excellent Web and Web Products Designing Skills
• Good Animate Banner Designing Skills
• Excellent Design Knowledge
• Strong Internet search skills
• good command over silverlight (microsoft expression blend) and html5 will be plus.

Syrixe Recruitment process consist of three levels;

Level 1 consist of Technical Evaluation Test

Level 2 technical Interview

 Level 3 HR interview
