A non-governmental, not for profit national organization is looking for energetic, experienced and dedicated professionals, for education sector project. The programme envisages close and continous interaction with education deparment and other stakeholders. Applications are invited from candidates who are willing an enthusiastic to prove their potential in the following positions.

Position	Qualification Required	Experience
Project Manager	Hold Master degree or equivalent in any related discipline. Having significant experience in education & development projects, strong management, communication, interpersonal and reporting skills required, problem solving abilities are an asset.	7 years or above in the relevant field
Social Mobilizer	Master/BA degree in Social Sciences, Knowledge and expertise in community mobilization, report writing, coordination and skills.	3-5 years’ experience
Engineer	BSc civil engineering or B.Tech, having experience of building construction infrastructure development, work with developmental projects will be an asset.	3-5 years’ experience
Sub-Engineer	Diploma in civil engineering, work with developmental programs/projects will be an asset.	2-3 years’ experience
Monitoring Officer	Master degree in social science, experienced in M&E and communication activities, coordination, reporting, effective networking previous experience on developmental projects will be an asset.	3-5 years’ experience
Admin & Finance Officer	Master/Bachelor’s degree, experience in various donors’ projects preparation of budget, fund utilization, reporting to donor etc.	7-10 years’ experience
HR Officer	Master Degree holder having experience of HR in developmental projects	2-3 years’ experience
Computer Data Entry Operator	BA/MA good command on computer, data entry experience.	2-3 years’ experience

• Candidates must have experience of working with the community on similar projects.
• Only those candidates should apply who are able to relocate within the country.
• Preference will be given to persons belonging to FATA or KPK & fluent in Pashto.
