Business Development Manager (Pharma) - Karachi

Urgently looking for "Business Development Manager" for one of the leading Pharma company in Karachi. 

Qualification: Science Graduate(preferably Pharm-D/MBBS) with MBA degree from reputable university. 

Experience: 3 - 5 years of exp working with reputable pharmaceutical of handling business development of OTC(over the counter)product portfolio.

• To assist planning, organizing and controlling all marketing activities of allocated products to achieve products and company’s objectives. 

• The major responsibility is to foster the process of overall business development taking into account the Herb ion’s vision for future business expansion in terms of new products and territories.

• Finalization of 10-15 new products catering new segments in addition to ongoing line extensions of current products during every year upto the stage when these can be sent for registration by the registration department. 

This will encompass the following areas: 

• Idea conception and Coordination with locations on ideas of new products 

• Finalization of packaging in coordination with marketing.

• Evaluation of samples through R & D. 

• Costing of products through Finance. 

• Identifying the suitable sources for cost effective yet quality solutions for packaging 

• Arranging the necessary materials through Supply chain to ensure the completion of product development process for individual products.
