Customer Service Officer - Karachi

Customer Service Officer required at Esire Inc. (Karachi)

Job Description: Respond to inbound calls regarding product and services.

Replying to customers for queries/complaints received and pitching to lock sales on live chat. Coordinate with different departments for all queries and feedback. 

Skills Required: 
• Fluent in Spoken English. 
• Excellent in written English 
• Internet Knowledge.
