Sales Account Manager (Female) - Lahore

DevSolMs is an Executive Placement & HR Services Company working with different array of clients in Pakistan and abroad. Currently our esteemed client a Multinational FMCG is looking to fill the following position.
Job Title :Females Sales Key Account Manager
Location:Lahore - Pakistan
Educational Qualifications & Experience             ·         University graduate (Minimum MBA) with Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in FMCG sales.
Skill set for this Position·         Fluent English & sound Computer (MS Office) knowledge

·         Possess the ability to understand the strategic challenges facing the business; add value and influence decision making.
·         Ability to adapt to change
Age bracket:Max 44 years
Job Responsibilities
·         Manage business spread over his customers.
·         Deploy CBD objectives, goals, fundamentals and strategies in the market.
·         Working with multifunctional resources to achieve company objectives; execute new strategies and launch brand initiatives.
·         Responsible for training and development of his sales managers.
·         Secure volume/Distribution/Coverage target achievement.

 Volume Management:
·         Implement sales fundamentals
·         Develop and monitor daily sales operations
·         Ensure to achieve volume targets by brand by section by sales representatives

Customer Relationships and Agreements:
·         Ensure signing and implementing agreements with customer as per ADP guidelines to achieve superior in store presence and optimal SKU’s.
·         Spend 50% of time in the field working closely with subordinates and customers to ensure top quality execution
·         Work on Customer Business Development, PR and Merchandising
·         Guide customers on improving ROI, Spending in Right Inventories, profit margins and competition analysis

Strategizing and Planning:
·         Contribute to company strategies and business plans development based on market feedback and competitiveness in the market to ensure perfect execution.
·         Conduct Business Analysis to identify and lead new ideas and projects that are related to category management, in store solutions and shopper marketing or channel development to achieve unique competitive edge and deliver company volume objectives.
·         Do customer wise monthly and yearly planning given by company to improve in store presence, distribution gap and store layout
·         Effectively deploy company plans with teams and customers
·         Plan/prepare a clear and organized Journey Plan to increase productivity/efficiency

Training and Development:
·         Lead, motivate and coach section supervisors and section mangers to develop their competencies and enhance their performance
·         Motivate and provide assistance to on ground sales team
·         Train sales force through conducting various field trainings on selling skills

·         Externally coordinate and liaise with customer to resolve any operational issues or explore any opportunity areas
·         Effective cross functional communication to resolve day to day issues and to ensure alignment of efficient operation.
·         Alignment with district manager on sales strategies, brand initiatives, monthly priorities and fiscal plans
·         Daily contact with Section Supervisors, Section managers to review performance.
·         Ensure consistent communication with Strategic Customers/Principals
