Incident Management,
CMDB implementation Service desk
management,
Performance and availability Monitoring Change Management,
To manage
all aspects of the Service Desk team in providing an effective and efficient
Service Desk to all IT customers. The overall management of the IT Service
Management Tool (HP Service Manager)
