Customer Service Representative - Karachi

Job Description

· You must be extremely customer oriented and must have experience in customer services or sales for an international client
· Offer exceptional customer services experience to customers with enhanced communication skills
· You are expected to be an efficient communicator, with excellent report writing skills and be able to communicate with the users professionally over the phone and via the email
· You will work closely with the internal technical team, site engineers and 3rd party vendors to ensure the issues reported by the customers are resolved quickly and efficiently
· Co-ordinate technical information to internal and external stakeholders
· Interested in sales and marketing activities such as e-marketing, content creation, improving websites and marketing collateral

Job Specifications:

The candidate should have the following
· Gender Male
· Age between 24 to 31
· Second Shift (Afternoon)
· Minimum Bachelor Degree
· Minimum 2 years experience
· Graduate from US/UK/Canada
· Excellent spoken / written English skills
· Degree in business/marketing will be an added advantage
· Experienced in telephony systems
· Hands-on experience with security products including open source products.
· Experienced in sales and marketing activities such as e-marketing, content creation and improving websites.

Remuneration
· Salary between 35 to 70k
