Summary:
- Must have very strong verbal communications Skill and good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge is a must.
- Basic Knowledge of Networking.
- Ability to work different shifts in a 24x7 environment.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- CCNA or equivalent hands on experience preferred.
- Answer all incoming technical support calls in queue with appropriate opening script, log all calls, walk customers though the trouble shooting steps.
- Troubleshoot Internet connectivity, browser configurations, personal firewalls, email issues, VPN Connectivity and TCP/IP issues.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, DSL, TCP/IP,DNS
- Responsible for handling customer calls with a positive problem-solving attitude.
- Provide input for troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic tools
- Properly document all calls in CRM.
- May also perform additional duties such as; preventative maintenance and or other IT services.
