Technical Support Executive - Karachi

Technical Support Executive

Positions:                           5 positions
Location:                            Karachi
Education:                          BS Computers/ Graduation
Experience:                       1 year (in Similar Position)/Fresher can also Apply
Remuneration:                  Market Competitive salaries, Performance Incentives
Timings:                            Evening/Nights shifts on Rotation

Summary:
  1. Must have very strong verbal communications Skill and good interpersonal skills.
  2. Excellent troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge is a must.
  3. Basic Knowledge of Networking.
  4. Ability to work different shifts in a 24x7 environment.
  5. Excellent analytical skills.
  6. CCNA or equivalent hands on experience preferred. 
  7. Answer all incoming technical support calls in queue with appropriate opening script, log all calls, walk customers though the trouble shooting steps.
  8. Troubleshoot Internet connectivity, browser configurations, personal firewalls, email issues, VPN Connectivity and TCP/IP issues.
  9. Troubleshoot LAN, WLAN, DSL, TCP/IP,DNS
  10. Responsible for handling customer calls with a positive problem-solving attitude.
  11. Provide input for troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic tools
  12. Properly document all calls in CRM.
  13. May also perform additional duties such as; preventative maintenance and or other IT services.
