Brass strategic objectives. Ability to communicate and make decisions, adapts
to cultural change, and work within a diverse environment. Requires skills to
manage conflict, coach, and mentor. Minimum Degree: Bachelors in Business or
Technical field Minimum Degree: M.S. degree in Mechanical or Structural
