the following post: Java Technical Lead Main responsibilities: Lead the team of
8 members (6 developers and 2 QA) Participate in all aspects of software
development including requirements analysis, task estimation and sizing,
technical investigation, software design and implementation, testing, and
deployment Working with the Product Management team to understand, clarify, and
shape requirements, and to translate these into technical requirements used to
design the product Liaising with Clients Championing and endorsing good
software development practices and methodologies within the team Resource
allocation, task delegation, scheduling and reporting on progress to manager
Estimate and meet assigned development goals and target delivery date Help the
team make the correct technical architecture decisions Required skills: (4 – 6)
years experience with J2EE based technologies (Java, C/C++, Android SDK) Strong
understanding of application design, architecture and usability Strong
experience detecting and correcting memory usage issues and other potential
sources of crashes, and optimizing code for application performance Self
motivated and eager to learn (and teach!) Beneficial skills: Exposure to
Android applications development Experience in developing and maintaining
healthcare based applications Understanding of HIPAA Technosoft offers you:
