(GRAVEYARD SHIFT) multiple positions. Job Description. To receive, log a bug
and provide first level remote support to client related to Oracle batches,
escalate batch related issues to concerned technical teams where required.
Follow up and coordinate the fulfillment of the customer complain and oracle
SR. or 2 years extensive all round experience with knowledge, appreciation and
understanding of IT Support. Documentation/Time Sheet & Reporting/Time
Sheet, Reports (Daily reports and weekly timesheet).
