Our client, a leading electricity
distribution, automation/energy management company is looking for Assistant
Manger Admin & Industrial Relation (IR) in Karachi. Responsibilities The
incumbent will be responsible to Manage Administration department,
Transportation , Traveling , Hotel reservation , Security , Housekeeping,
General Maintenance in the most efficient and cost effective way . Incumbent is
also responsible for Managing Unionized labor, CBA agreement, and other
statuary payment EOBI , SESSI etc. Requirements • Master’s or Bachelor Degree
in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized university; • Labor
Laws • At least 5 years of related experience preferably in a Manufacturing
industry; • Ability and confidence to interact effectively with staff at all
levels; • Good project management skills with the ability to prioritize and
coordinate multiple tasks; • Fluency in spoken and written English preferably;
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; • Proficiency in computers,
