The position reports direct to Head of Customer Service
- Minimum Masters degree preferably MBA from a reputed institution
- Minimum 5 years experience of managing call centre operations
- Over all 8-10 years of work experience
- Age 28-35 years
Skill set required:
- Energetic and self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)
- Sound analytical skills
- Excellent team management skills
- Capable of meeting deadlines and targets in a highly challenging environment
- Well conversant with MS Outlook and MS Office
