The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree Business Administration with a minimum of three (3) years of post-qualification experience preferably in a multinational oil and gas company with hands on experience in training, recruitment, compensation and benefits. He / She should have good computer skills and prior experience of working with HR softwares. KUFPEC provides competitive remuneration packages with a very congenial environment in its office.
