Protocol Officer - Karachi

Protocol Officer (OG-2)
The responsibilities of incumbent will include but not limited to:

Provide proper protocol, travel and logistics related services to Governor, Deputy Governors, Central Board's Directors, delegates from World Bank, IMF and other International Financial Institution, government officials and the Shariah Board.

Organize/arrange air tickets and hotel reservations for Governor, Deputy Governors and Directors, Central Board through proper liaison with travel agencies and hotels as scheduled.

Manage visa processing for Governor and Deputy Governors from concerned Consulate/Embassies for overseas trips as scheduled.
- Coordination of travel plans with the relevant SBP-BSC offices.
- Manage timely issuance of passport/renewal for Governor and Deputy Governors.
- Organize protocol/flight passes of Governor and Deputy Governors from concerned quarters.
- Coordinate for payment of tickets, hotel bills and other incidental matters.
Arrange and coordinate official functions as directed by the Governor and Deputy Governors taking meticulous care of all the arrangements.
- Manage events hosted by the Governor and Deputy Governors at the Bank and the Bank's House.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Masters degree or equivalent from HEC recognized University.

Age : Maximum 31 years, relaxation may be allowed in case of highly qualified and relevant experienced candidates.

Experience : Must have at least 03 years of post-qualification experience of protocol services in a reputable organization in similar capacity.

Compensation Package
Negotiated monetized salary within approved salary scale of OG-2, commensurate with experience and qualification of the candidate.
- Medical facility as per Bank's rules.
Staff Loans & other benefits, facilities and allowances as admissible under New Compensation & Benefits Structure as per Bank's rules.

Core Competencies
The position requires superior skills in written and verbal communication having excellent problem solving and coordination approach. Ability to handle stress and work odd hours. The ideal candidate should have expertise on MS Office including other office applications.
