Looking For Senior Technical Recruiter: Islamabad

Will manage the work of technical recruiters and also perform technical recruiting tasks. Sources, screens, interviews, and recommends prospective employees for employment in experienced information technology positions.

Works collaboratively with U.S. and Pakistan recruiting teams to search resume databases, conduct pre-screen interviews, and schedule interviews with Senior Recruiter located in the United States.

Manage the work of technical recruiters to include the following:
· Train and guide technical recruiters regarding sourcing techniques.
· Listen to calls made by technical recruiters for quality control and provide suggestions for improvement if necessary.
· Monitor emails made by technical recruiters for quality control.
· Produce activity reports to U.S. HR Director.
· Meet with U.S. HR Director on a daily basis to give status reports.
· Provide feedback to technical recruiters regarding their performance.
· Assume full accountability for the output of the team.
· Review job requisitions to thoroughly understand job requirements for filling information technology positions.
· Post positions on job boards and affirmative action sites.
· Search for resumes in job boards such as Monster.com, Dice.com, and LinkedIn.
· Conduct interviews to ascertain candidate suitability and competence as compared to job requisition.
· Call qualified candidates to schedule interviews for Project Managers in the United States.
· Complete daily log of sourcing and calling activity.
· Maintain strict confidentiality of all information.
· Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of Technical Recruiting Experience, Minimum of 1 year of Technical Recruiting Management.
