IT and Computer Programming Knowledge will get the applicant special consideration. Job Responsibilities: • Construct sales pitches and presentations. • Travel to areas where B2B customers are located (mostly in main/dense markets of every city). • Provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the web based business solution offered by the company. • Demonstrate product features before a sale. • Advise customers on technical matters and recommend appropriate computer configurations. • Responsible for visiting and engaging clients on a daily basis with personal / telephonic / skype /viber contact and getting hands on reports of how the product is doing and what services are required at our end to ensure its smooth working. • Bridge company’s branches in every region, the head office support centre and the clients. • Help customers maximize the use of product features. • Advise on appropriate user training. • Train the sales staff. • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes.
