Positions Available : Commercial Manager Department : International Division Qualifications : BBA/MBA Experience : 7-10 Years Positions Type : Permanent Location : Karachi, Pakistan Gross Salary : (Negotiable) Purpose & Key Actions Strengthen National brand across all Categories and Distribution geographies, lead NPD based on Consumer needs in each major market, support New Vendor Development for new/existing Categories to expand International operations and manage export related Commercial operational initiatives/activities Job Description Summary Develop the National brand in the International Market  Develop a leading positioning of National brand across all Categories to ensure unified brand architecture in International Markets.  Lead Planningof the ATL strategy and ensure execution to increase Brand awareness resulting in achievement of sales objectives.  Lead Development and monitoring of BTL strategies and ensure implementation in markets to drive distributor sales.  Lead the development and supply of in-store marketing and POS material to promote category sales in respective markets. Lead the New Product Development strategy for International Markets in to increase sales.  Formulate growth strategies and monitor product/category performance to achieve the sales and marketing objectives.  Propose new products for development as per consumer/respective market needs and work with R&D to ensure each project is delivered on time.  Develop packaging for new products/categories in line with National brand architecture to maintain conformance for each market.  Play an active role in new Vendor development, where required. Obtain distributor and consumer feedback before launch and take corrective action where required. Manage export related commercial operational activities to ensure efficiencies/timely output  Lead S&OP with Planning and Operations team to ensure all orders are executed in a timely manner.  Align operational sales support with BDMs to ensure smooth transactions with customers.  Function as liaison between production and sales, when and where required.  Responsible for resolution of customer complaints through coordination with relevant functions.
