Ensuring that all the activities in the company are being carried out under the laws 

Job Description Summary

• Advising management and departmental heads on all legal issues related to their departments

• Advising on various compliance or governance matters

• Reviewing Agreements of the company already executed or proposed to be executed both local as well as international

• Drafting Agreements and all other legal documents

• Reporting all legal matters are brought to attention of the management

• To prepare summaries of the cases pending at various courts

• Engaging of legal counsels to represent the company in the relevant courts

• Coordination with outside counsel and ensuring that all the legal counsels engaged by the company are safeguarding the interest of the company during litigation

• Handling regulatory engagement / correspondences for and on behalf of company with various bodies including Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan, Competition Commission of Pakistan, State Bank of Pakistan, Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, Pakistan Standard Quality Control Authority, Punjab Food Authority and other provincial food bodies etc.,
