Assistant Manager / Manager HR:
An incumbent should be MBA in HRM with 5-6 years of experience in Recruitment and Learning & Development.
The position is located at Karachi Head Office. A brief role profile is as follows:
· Managing Trainings and conducting trainings
· Assist in various projects when required
· Timely update regarding the tasks assigned.
· Provide updates and inputs in resolving employee related issues.
· Actively participate in all assignments and projects
· Managing recruitment and selection process
· Budgeting
· Responsible for employee newsletter
