Hiring HR Consultants 

The HR Advisory group of A. F. Ferguson & Co. (a member firm of the PwC network) is looking for experienced HR professionals for the following positions based in Karachi: 1. HR Consultant The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of post-qualification / certification experience in HR, preferably in the capacity of a consultant / advisor. He / she should be well versed with the latest concepts, tools, approaches and best practices on strategic HR, organizational development and talent management both from local and international perspective. The candidate should preferably possess strong network in the HR community of Pakistan and presence at multiple HR forums. The minimum required competencies for this position include strong interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, report writing skills, financial analytical skills, presentation skills, commercial and business acumen, project management, strong team player and high command on MS office applications specially MS PowerPoint and MS Word. Minimum certification requirement is CIPD, SPHR, HRMP or other internationally recognised certifications along with an MBA degree in any discipline. Maximum age limit is 35 years. 2. Rewards Specialist The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management including rewards survey. The candidate should have strong command on job evaluation and grading structure methodology around internationally recognized principles and practices. The minimum required competencies for this position include strong interpersonal skills, report writing skills, financial analytical skills and project management. Minimum MBA degree is required. Certifications in HR / Compensation and Benefits / Job evaluation would be preferred. Maximum age limit is 30 years. How to apply?
