Description:
Job Responsibilities: 1) Organize and maintain files of all national staff, job descriptions, holiday and sick leave, disciplinary documents, appraisals and staff
contracts. 2) Ensure all personnel files are properly organized according to
the HR filing checklist 3) Update electronic excel
spreadsheets and HR database 4) Responsible for filing all HR documents
including staff individual files 5) Maintenance of Management of information
systems to record, maintain, plan and manage the organization’s human resources
6) Responsible for processing and maintaining staff insurance claims and all
other insurance records 7) Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of
the HR department. 8) Any other task assigned by the Supervisor related to
Human Resource Skills and Qualifications 1) Master’s degree in human resources development or equivalent qualification
2) Excellent organizational and management skills and 2-3 years relevant
experience in, preferably in the non-profit and/or development sector 3)
Self-management (i.e. motivation, dealing with pressure, adaptability) 4)
Proven ability to work in a team 5) Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills 6) Good Command on Microsoft Office
including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. 7) Fluent in writing and
speaking English and Urdu
