Job Description:

Lakson Group is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual for the post of Manager Grants for head office in Karachi. The job entails applying for grants and proposals for the company’s CSR activities. The candidates should have extensive experience for grant making/ working with NGO’s organizations that have raised funds, writing successful grants & proposals for grants from donors (international and local). The candidate should have exceptional writing, communication and research and development skills. The ideal candidate should be able to strive under a deadline driven, fast paced environment. Minimum Requirements: • Prior experience of writing grants and proposals, preferable 3-4 years’ experience or more • Education: Masters or Bachelor’s Degree/ Graduate Skills Required: • Ability to write grants and proposals • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage a fast paced environment. • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Outlook. • Team player who can work with corporate team and facilitate getting consensus on the written content.
